Payment methods

Various payment methods are available at www.cocoandkandy.com. You can pay for your purchases using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or PayPal. Please note: cards issued by local banks which are not listed above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Secure payments

Coco and Kandy guarantee that transaction security is identical to that offered by its payment system providers.
All transactions submitted through our website are protected by TSL (Transport Layer Security) encryption which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties.
Please note that Coco and Kandy never have access to your bank details.

PayPal payments:

You can pay for your purchases by PayPal via our online store only (not by telephone).
You will automatically be redirected to the PayPal secure payments system.

Currency:

Your card will be charged in EUR and any conversions will be handled by your financial institution.

Unsuccessful or declined payments

In some circumstances, your bank may refuse to approve the card payment. If this happens, please check your card payment limit and verify that your bank details have been correctly entered. If your purchase is not approved, please contact your bank to report the incident.
Our system will not confirm the purchase if your payment is declined.

Do you save sensitive or secure details such as credit card information?

Your previous addresses will be stored in your account for convenience; however, you are able to remove these at any time. We will never store sensitive payment details or credit card information.

You can have your billing address different form your shipping address paying by credit card or with your PayPal account.
