We offer Free World Express delivery by DHL. For European shipments, delivery times are normally 3-5 business days; For Outside Europe normally 5-10 business days.
We process all orders within 2 working days after the order was placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after that for your tracking link to update. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation or you have questions about your order, you can always reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll be happy to help! Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will notify you and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.
Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Customs & Import fees
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Europe may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges.
Coco and Kandy reserve the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.

What do I do if I am unable to personally receive or collect my order?
If you would like someone else to collect your order, they will need to have the ID of the original recipient along with their own ID.
Can I change my delivery location once the order has been placed?
Yes, you can contact DHL to change your delivery service point once the order has been placed as long as the new location is in the same city as the original destination.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sadly, we do not ship to PO boxes, please provide an actual address.
Do you have stores?
No, we do not have any storefront locations at this stage but are looking at new options.
Where do I find the tracking number for my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then use this number to follow the progress of your shipment.
